Hi, I’m Lindsay - the crafter behind Origins Yarn Studio.

I’ve always been someone who needs to be making something and crochet is the craft that really stuck - taking a ball of yarn and turning it into something never gets old.

I love learning new techniques, experimenting with ideas, figuring things out as I go, and, of course, starting a new project before I’ve finished the last one.

Origins Yarn Studio grew out of that love.

I’m definitely not the kind of person who believes crafting has to be perfect. Half the fun is trying something new, changing your mind halfway through, learning as you go, and eventually ending up with something you’re proud to say you made yourself.

Origins Yarn Studio is still growing and changing, and that’s one of my favorite parts of it. I have a lot of ideas for where I want to take it, but at the heart of everything will always be the same thing: a love of yarn, creativity, and making things simply because making things is fun.

Whether you’ve been crocheting forever, just picked up a hook, or ended up here because you have more yarn than you know what to do with - I’m really happy you found me!
